Snowfall warning for Cypress Hills and surrounding area Environment Canada snowfall warning for Cypress Hills and surrounding area. Snowfall with total amounts of 10 to 20 cm is expected. Heavy snow will fall over the Cypress Hills tonight into Wednesday. The snow will taper off Wednesday evening. Gusty winds may cause blowing snow, further reducing visibility. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions.

Blowing snow advisory for central Alberta An Environment Canada blowing snow advisory is in effect for central Alberta. Wind gusts of up to 80km/h have caused blowing snow in the region. Expect reduced visibility on area roadways. Conditions are expected to improve overnight and into Wednesday morning. Be prepared to adjust your driving to changing road conditions.
